Реплікація в протопластах тютюну рекомбінантної ДНК

Abstract
У протопластах тютюну електрофоретично і авторадіографічно зареєстровано включення в експериментально створений вектор (молекулярна маса 4,5·106) мічених за фосфором попередників біосинтезу нуклеїнових кислот, що свідчить про реплікацію цього вектора.
