Специфічність взаємодії гліцину і його метильованих похідних з основами нуклеїнових кислот за даними ядерного магнітного резонансу

Abstract

Методом ЯМР досліджено взаємодію гліцину і його метильованих аналогів з основами нуклеїнових кислот. Показано специфічну взаємодію О-метилгліцину з цитозином і гуаніном з утворенням Н-зв’язків у диметилсульфоксиді (Me2SO). Взаємодія О- та N-метилових похідних гліцину з гуаніном і цитозином призводить до конкуренції за утворення Н-зв’язків у G-С-парах в суміші Me2SO: Н2O (3:1). Отримано дані, що вказують на взаємодію гліцину з цитидину, СМР і GMP у воді.
