Abstract

Запропоновано новий метод синтезу олігонуклеотидилпептидів фосфамідного типу з використанням суміші трифенілфосфіну, дипіридилдисульфіду і N-метилімідазолу. За допомогою цього підходу синтезовано і виділено d(CCCC)-5'-P-Pro-Arg-Val-OMe.
