Вплив нуклеотидного складу полірибонуклеотидів на фарбування сріблом у поліакриламідних гелях

Abstract

Описано простий і добре відтворюваний метод фарбування тРНК і гомополірибонуклеотидів сріблом у денатуруючих ПААГ, чутливість якого на три порядки перевищує таку при фарбуванні цих полінуклеотидів метиленовим синім. Запропонований спосіб дозволяє вибірково забарвлювати сріблом нуклеїнові кислоти за присутності домішок білків. Досліджено залежність ефективності фарбування полінуклеотидів і кольору утворюваних комплексів від нуклеотидного складу. Так, полі (G) і полі (I) забарвлюються найяскравіше, тоді як полі (U) демонструє негативне фарбування.
