Генетична трансформація злаків: досягнення і перспективи

Abstract

Проаналізовано принципово різні підходи до трансформації злаків. Відзначені можливість застосування як маркерів хімерних генів стійкості до канаміцину та хлорамфеніколу, обмежене використання методів прямої трансформації протопластів лише тими сортами і лініями, рослини яких регенерують з протопластів. Основну увагу приділено нетрадиційним способам трансформації, таким як ін'єкція в незрілі суцвіття та в свіжозапліднений зав'язок, трансформація пилка. Показано, що більшість описаних методів дає можливість одержувати генетично трансформовані рослини, причому найбільш ефективними є методи прямого переносу генів безпосередньо в рослини.
