Abstract

В огляді узагальнено експериментальні результати вивчення своєрідності біологічних ефектів основних метаболітів вітаміну D3–1,25-діоксивітаміну D3 і 24,25-діоксивітаміну D3. Розглянуто питання синергізму та антагонізму їх дії в організмі і в окремих клітинах. Проаналізовано дані про залежність характеру біологічного ефекту кожного з похідних від його дози і фізіологічного стану клітини.
