Sequences of two serine isoacceptor tRNASer from Thermus thermophilus, containing different anticodons have been studied. The homology of sequences is 60 %. The major differences have been found in anticodon and variable arms. Acceptor stems and T-arms have the same structures and D-arms differ by only one base pair.
