Abstract

Рослини гороху (P. sativum L.) з підвищеною регенераційною здатністю трансформу­вали конструкцією, яка містить Ds-елемет системи контролюючих елементів Ac/Ds ку­курудзи. Трансформацію здійснювали кокультивуванням рослинних тканин з Agrobacterium tumefaciens. Селекційовано ряд стійких до канаміцинсульфату ліній. За до­помогою методів ПЦР-аналізу і Саузерн-блотинг-гібридизації показано інтеграцію Ds-елемента до складу геномної ДНК гороху.
